How to meet us at the Port of Piraeus Cruise terminal

Τhere are two cruise terminals on the port of Piraeus, called terminal A and terminal B. If your ship arrives at terminal A or terminal B, please disembark and walk outside the main gate, where our driver will be waiting for you holding a sign with your name on it.

If your ship arrives at terminal B (also known as “Kanelos terminal”), and the main gate is closed, then and ONLY then you will need to take the shuttle bus to terminal A (two minutes ride), where our driver will be waiting for you holding a sign with your name on it.

Please disembark and walk outside the main gate, where we will be waiting for you holding a sign with your name on it.

Notes

In rare cases, your taxi driver maybe a few minutes late. For any problem that may occur please contact us at +30 6944442856.

If your cruise or ferry company makes an itinerary change or you lose your flight for any reason, please inform us by email, phone call, or SMS of the new time and date of your arrival, so we can reschedule your transfer.

  • Oversized or excessive luggage (e.g. bulky luggage, surfboards, golf clubs or bikes) may have certain restrictions, please inquire with the operator prior to travel to confirm if your excess luggage is acceptable

Meeting point
  • Athens International airport: After your landing, just follow the EXIT signs and walk outside the exit gate, where your driver will be waiting for you holding a sign with your name on it. There will probably be a lot of people waiting for their friends and relatives, or even other transfer companies waiting for their clients. Therefore, please do not go away from the gate hall. Look carefully and you will see us holding a sign with your name on it. If you have lost your luggage or it is getting late (more than 45 minutes) for any reason, please call the number on the voucher to inform us about it or ask the security at the exit gate to inform your driver about you delay.

  • Athens hotel or address: In front of your hotel or another address

  • Piraeus cruise port: Τhere are three cruise terminals at the port of Piraeus, called terminal A , Band terminal C. If your ship arrives at terminal A, B or terminal C, please disembark and walk outside the arrival hall, where our driver will be waiting for you holding a sign with your name on it.
Departure time
  • Athens International airport: For domestic flights 25 minutes and for international flights 45 minutes after landing according to the flight arrival scheduled.

  • Athens hotel or address: Your chosen time. (for domestic flights 1 hour and 45 minutes before the scheduled departure time and 2 hours and 45 minutes before the international departure time!) Please mention the pick up time you wish us to pick you up!

  • Piraeus cruise port: It is important to tell us the time you want us to pick you up at the pier of your cruise ship. Please consider that you need to be 2 hours before the scheduled departure time of your flight and calculate 55 minute plus ride to the airport.
